We will be shutting down our old licensing service on Dec 31st, 2025. Until then you will be able to have both versions of the plugins installed concurrently, but after that time your legacy DJ Swivel plugins will stop working. It is recommended that you freeze tracks, or commit any audio using the old legacy products before the shutdown date.

We will offer a new “DJ Swivel legacy installer” side by side with the new Swivel Audio installers.  These legacy installers will still use the new licensing system with Plugin Alliance, and require code migration, however they will be backwards compatible with your old sessions, and will require you to install 2 versions of the plugins side by side. These installers will be available in your Swivel Audio downloads portal.

The legacy installers will not receive future updates, so it is highly recommended for any new sessions you use the newly released Swivel Audio installers.

As of August 13 2025, Swivel Audio has partnered with Plugin Alliance, and all software redemptions and activations will operate through the Plugin Alliance platform.

You may download your plugin installers from your Swivel-Audio.com user account, or you may also download them directly from our partners at Plugin Alliance. Once downloaded, please follow the instruction in the ACTIVATION MANUAL.

We recommend Online Activation for the easiest and best process. You can open one of our plugins in your DAW, then click it to start activation. Please enter your email address and password for your Plugin Alliance user account; the rest will be done automatically through your internet connection.

Any products obtained from a third-party reseller should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased (subject to that retailers return policy). When contacting us for a refund, please include your registered email address, full name and purchase receipt. Failure to include one or more of these can result in denial or delay of your refund.

We’re constantly updating and improving our products. Some of these updates are minor bug fixes, and others are larger more feature driven updates. Periodically we will send out emails to users notifying of any major updates, and you can always review the details of each release version in your swivel-audio.com user account or inside the Plugin Alliance Installation Manager.

Our plugins support VST3 (64-bit) only, We do not support VST2 or earlier formats.
