Do I need to reinstall The Sauce if I was running a demo first, then purchased?

Not at all. Simply enter the serial code we emailed to you (also found in your djswivel.com user account) in the activation window and you’re all set!

Is it possible to use DJ Swivel Plugins without an internet connection?

Of course, though you do need an internet connection to authorize your product on first use. As soon as you purchase your plugin, simply enter your serial code we emailed you in the authorization window of the plugin, and once activated you will be all set to use the plugin offline.

On up to how many machines can I install my plugin?

Each purchase of a DJ Swivel Plugin includes a personal license that allows you to install the plugin on one machine, though you do have up to 3 deactivations, allowing you to transfer your plugin to a different machine if required.

I have installed The Sauce but cannot find it in my DAW!

I can’t find The Sauce in Logic Pro X

1. In the Logic X menu bar, navigate to the Logic Pro X / Preferences / Audio Units Manager and scroll down to the DJ Swivel plug-ins. Confirm that they “Use” column is checked off. Select the DJ Swivel plug-ins that are not successfully validated, and then hit “Reset & Rescan Selection,” and then “Done.”
2. If our plug-ins are not in the Audio Units Manager, you should close Logic, remove the .component files from Library / Audio / Plug-ins / Components, open Logic again, close Logic again, and then reinstall our plug-ins. Then when you open Logic, repeat step 1.
