Any purchases on swivel-audio.com are final. However, there are sometimes circumstances that make it necessary to refund a purchase, but the issue of a refund is always made at the discretion of the Swivel Audio Support team. All decisions made by the Swivel Audio Support team are final.

Swivel Audio will refund your full purchase price on orders where:

• Your bank account / PayPal account was illegally charged (fraud)
• You purchased a plug-in twice by accident

Swivel Audio does not refund products, which:

• Cannot be used by the customer due to hardware limitations
• Cannot be used by the customer due to software limitations
• Cannot be used by the customer due to insufficient knowledge / know-how
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago are not refundable

Swivel Audio does not refund products, if:

• You missed a special offer
• You found out about a discount after completing your order

We strongly encourage to check what hardware / software is required to use the plug-in. Any minimum hardware requirements to use the software can be found on the bottom of any product page. Swivel Audio doesn’t refund plug-ins which require other software to use.

Swivel Audio and our partners at Plugin Alliance offer a 14 days, full access for free (“free trial”) for any plug-ins available at swivel-audio.com. We strongly advise downloading a free trial before purchasing any plug-in.
